Shipping & Handling Policy
For all deliveries in the continental United States, you may choose to have your robot sent to you via FedEx Ground or FedEx Overnight. For FedEx Ground shipments you will be charged a flat rate of $9.80. Depending on your location, your robot will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. For FedEx Overnight Shipments you will be charged a flat rate of $39.00. The shipment will be sent out the next business day and delivered by the end of the following business day.
Deliveries to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be sent to you via FedEx Second Day. You will be charged a flat rate of $31.50. The shipment will be sent out the next business day and will be delivered by the end of the second business day after shipment.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO.

Return and Exchange Policy
You may return robots purchased at www.bnrobotics.com within 30 days of the original purchase and receive an identical robot in exchange or a refund of the purchased price. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the robot is defective. In the event of a refund, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
If the robot is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. Robots returned after 30 days are subject to the limitations of our warranty policy (see Bossa Nova Limited Warranty). Defective robots returned after 30 days and before 90 days from the original purchase date will be exchanged for an identical robot. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days .
No returned robots will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Please contact us at support@bnrobotics.com. or call 412-348-8070. to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. When you send us the completed form, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number. Provide this number with your package when you drop off your package at any FedEx shipping center. We will not accept returns without this authorization number.
